A Balmy Summer Evening in Maine

.
We went out for ice cream at a new favorite stand this evening. This is a favorite family pastime in summer; ice cream may technically be yummy all year ’round, but it never tastes quite as good as when you’re hanging out in an Adirondack chair on a balmy summer evening in Maine.

You know what I mean?

On our way back home, we glanced over and saw the moon was just rising. It had that gorgeous golden glow.

Ahh. Perfect ice cream weather.

Aloha!

  2. Beautiful. I’m not sure exactly where you are in Maine, but we used to camp every year (when I was a kid) at Point Sebago. It was so beautiful. Maine is just a gorgeous state!! :D
